I don't know what you mean by "transfer money to my account". If you sold a model, the money will be transfered to your account by cgtrader every 20th of the month. https://help.cgtrader.com/en/articles/2488639-i-just-sold-my-model-when-will-i-get-paid
For everything else contact support.
