Sell a ton of models, and participate in discussions. Show off your work and like other people's designs.

If you want to earn more money you should try to make some more expensive models (price at least 30$).
Otherwise there is sufficiently high royalty rate on CGT (70-80%) so with only 1 10$ model there is no diference wheather you get 7 or 8$ from each sale. So instead of thinking about royalty rate concentrate yourself on making more models.
And this is also the best way how to earn higher royalty rate - selling expensive models, by commenting other models or for activity in forum you will earn practically nothing. So do what is important.

@RuYing, you have 2 models posted since last year and you have over a 100 downloads? What is your secret?
Did you fill out a payment agreement? Was it approved? Questions like this are to be sent to support@cgtrader.com.

all the 100 downloads are only for one model, I fill out the payment agreement but the PayPal acc I used is not verified yet, is that the problem ? and if it got verified, am I gonna get the revenue from all those 100 downloads or it only affects the future downloads ?

I'm sure you will get the income from all previous downloads if your payment agreement gets verified and there are no issues with your account.
