Check if PayPal support receiving payments to your country ( also in some countries, you can only send payments but you can't receive them)
Here's you can select your country and check whether you can send/receive/withdraw money via PayPal:

If PayPal is not available in your country, than try WebMoney or payoneer. On Webmoney, however, you need to collect at least 200$ before receiving payments, if I'm not mistaken.
