Downloaded models in zip file not extracing

Hello, I purchased a models pack today, downloaded it to my PC and when I go to extract it I get an error message saying that the zip file is empty... but it is showing as 1G in size. I downloaded it twice and both do the same. Any ideas? Corrupted zip file at your end? Thanks

I was able to download them 1 by 1 instead of one big bulk download.

Just in case you haven't figured this out yet, if you tried WinRar and it did not work, maybe you could give WinZip a try as well. If if won't work with any of that, possible the archive is corrupted and you could try and contact the seller.
