Same! I bought Halloween Items that need to be used this weekend, and nothing. I bought 2 items, and one works fine.

The download link in the email brings me to the downloads page. Clicking on the actual item just gives me the title and nothing else. Initially, it had a message that said "rate CGTrader" and a ton of questions before I could download. I kept going through them and eventually it left me with this blank screen. Tried logging out, logging back in, different browser. Nothing.

after all the thread, couldn't find one single solution, trash ass site, last time i use this site for anything
