Can I change my country of residence or payment method after I have entered all the data into the payment agreement? I don't see such a button that will update the data

You can change anything, but if you change identification data, you have to wait a few days for CGT to verify the new data.
By clicking on the green "UPDATE THE AGREEMENT" button at the bottom of the page.
(...unless CGT has already started processing payments in which case you can find this line above the button: "...We are currently processing payouts. Once done, you will be able to change your payout method for the next month...". You have to wait until around the 22th of the month to find the option available again.)
