Can not access my Downloads

As the title reads, I can not access my downloads. The Download page shows what I've spent, and upper right bar just keeps cycling through the "animated" bars (like processing).

Not sure if this is a site-wide issue or not, but would like access to my purchases.

I'm seeing this as well. I tried clearing my cache, a different browser, different computer, different network, and using data instead of wi-fi.
No good ;-;

I'm thinking whatever problem that was affecting the site, has been resolved. I can access my downloads again.
