Can I use PBR textures downloaded from the internet?

Hello, can I use the PBR material coatings that I downloaded for free from the internet in my modeling work? Or do I have to create the skins entirely myself?

The address you provided is probably wrong.
The adress is right, if you read it carefully, it clearly states what can and can't be done with pbr materials find on the internet, other thing is that you are obviously expecting someone to elaborate this for you, wich takes time and most people doesn't want to waist their time on things like this.
