Yeah. I'm also wondering about that. I reported someone selling my modelS (its plural), the models has been taken down but the user remains.
Also, how about model like this:

I dont know who steals from whom, but that model has been on warez sites from aeon ago. And one thing for sure, there cant be 2 people create the same model and sell it at the same time, right?
