Thieves are not banning

Hi. This is the third time. I have reported some stolen models and the CGT staff removed that models but the thief is still out there. I don't understand why CGT not banning them. I mean identifying a single stolen model is enough to know that the artist is thief. Those thieves should ban permanently. So disappointing.

About 1 year ago, I did a study of pirated, stolen models ... and the figures were very high. Many users were deleted (I think remember that about 60, all the data are in previous posts) with hundreds of thousands of models, but many returned within a few days, even with the same user, reputation ... And new ones still appear, with high sales due to obsolete and poor quality models, which thousands of people have downloaded for free from other websites for years.
I also made reasonable proposals to avoid cheats, but nothing has been done, now it comes down to an almost automated message. So I think it's useless. But together with the rest of the problems (spam, fraudulent purchases ...) it also makes it worrying.
