Thank you, CGTrader (somebody is typing)

Discussion started by skapricorn

I've noticed couple days ago CGT has new "cool" whistle! Now I can see on the screen the message "...is typing" when I'm typing message to my customers. I think it's mega useful thing (to know I'm typing when I'm actually typing). This wobbling epileptic notification makes me really HAPPY.

But I'm (and numerous other designers) still waiting when the "Private Project" system will be fixed or cleared. I mean situation when I'm sending invitation for the project to my customer and instead of further work I'm getting messages with notifications "Client has edited the application details for the Project", "Client was reviewed your 3D Project details" etc. Whats next? Next is pressing "Accept" button again and nothing more. I don't know what I need to do next, client also doesn't know, further is NOTHING. Nobody of us (me and my customer) doesn't know what we need to do next. It was not once and not with a single client, but it's happening every time when I'm sending offer (invitation). At the end I see now the message "Designer accepted your offer" and I don't know now who of us is designer and who is client. Brilliant!!! Or I need to do job for client and to pay for it? ;))))

Please, our beloved CGT, fix it or at least explain CLEARLY what and who need to do RIGHT.

p.s. The option to cancel/discard this "phantom" projects is also present not for each project. And ghosts of this unsuccessful invitations are floating on the Project page without any possibility to move it to trash or to "Archived" tab without the help of support team.

Thanks again, CGT.

For the record that is a useless detail and it distracts when writing.
