I uploaded a new low-poly model and in an hour found it on page 7 of the search (sorting by the newest). The first page of search the models does not change for a long time. What is it? A website bug or a special attitude to some sellers?

Don't worry, your not treated any worse than others. Search filters (as many other important things) does not work for as long as i can remember.
