Compare the thumbnail with the main product image and you can see how squat the image is due to horizontal stretching.
Here's one from a fellow designer that looks great in the thumbnails and on the listing page, but just look at that stein. It's so squat that's it's not even recognizable as a stein.

Any updates on the issue? Hope the images that I posted yesterday are helpful. Let me know if you need more examples. Also, I think we only get forum post notifications if we 'reply'. I didn't see your last response until I checked back here, as I am doing right now.
