Free models turn attention to your sales models. When you sale them you recieve money. So free models must stay free...

there are far too many things to fix here. Apart from that I I don't believe one would pay for a model when it can be downloaded for free and it would attract folks who would try to sell it.

They would be free, but you would have the option to pay, you will have a free download button, with the option to pay how much you like.
