Hi! I need your help.
I’ve tried off and on for several days to purchase a model from CGTrader.com.
Each
time I click to purchase I get a spinning wheel icon and an error message at
the top of the page saying “Oops. Connection
seems to be unstable today. Please contact support.”
I really want to buy some models – projects are waiting for those assets.
Please let me know how I can do that.

Same situation for me as well. I can't wait as asset needed for tight deadline, so will have to look elsewhere on this occasion.

As above, I had the same issue. Support got back to me very quickly with the answer via email. The problem was, I had an item in my basket that I had already purchased some time ago. The system is stopping you from buying the same item twice, but it has an issue in that it does not inform you of the error. Hope that helps.
