Notifications and Community ratings

Hey guys I have two questions !
1) About 3 days ago the notifications, message, upload icons in the top right corner of the website have changed (they became smaller) and now the white and red number who tells me how many notifications I do have is staying even if I click on it. It's a disaster ! I make nightmares of it, I can't sleep since they are small and staying :o ! Please do something I'm literally getting killed everyday a bit more by this :'( !
2) Do you plan to do something for Community Ratings ranks to come back ? I'm not the only one who has voted way more than 200 times and we are still not able to get a rank on it.
