More easy Project Edit settings

Hello!

I've been working on projects with my clients and both sides are very often confused about Editing the Project (the client forgot to check "Resell" button). So now I have two projects, one active, one pending of the same model. Another time there was no button to Apply and no Download Icon for the files the client sent me, instead they just disappeared,when I clicked them.

Could you explain how to properly Edit Projects, not have two projects of the same thing, if we don't understand something. Or is really so complicated and sometimes buggy?
