Links in private messages

Hi!
I’m a bit surprised that I can no longer include links in private messages. If I try to do so, a notification or warning message with a red background appears in the top right corner.
This is obviously counterproductive, as I can no longer send test models to my customers via download links, meaning I can't sell any models this way.
A question for CGTrader: Is this happening only to me, or do other users on the platform have a similar problem?
And one more question: Do administrators or moderators read my private messages?

Last year my account was instantly banned for sending innocent link to a friend in private message on cgtrader. It took a week to reinstate it and cost me a lot of nerves. No explanation or apologies were given by them. I think you may consider yourself lucky for just receiving a warning and not ban. This marketplace is driven by nutheads, normal rules do not apply here.
Okay, I understand that. The operators of CGTrader want to prevent transactions from taking place outside of the platform.
But what options do I have for sending a test model to a potential customer?
