Issue with Sale discount % not showing/applying correctly

Discussion started by bullseyelite

Hi, there is a discrepancy for the sale discount percent on most items I've seen on my Wishlist i.e showing 70% but when I click the model it shows 30%, likewise checking the price from seller profile and showing all seller models, when added to cart & proceed to checkout the later is shown, mobile seems fine though.

I've faced similar issues, mostly shortly after publishing or editing models. They don't get updated in real-time (sometimes not even after many hours). That's probably caused by caching (or similar algorithm) delay, used to reduce database traffic. Anyway, it's always the best to double-check everything before checkout.

Thanks for info, still have the problem, its weird that on mobile phone there is no issue but on desktop I have this issue, tried signing out & logging-in but still persist, I hope they fix it.

The discount in my wishlist is greater than the discount in my cart. This issue has been happening for me all week. It occurs on FF, Chrome and MS Edge. No response from support.

Same here and still persisting, contacted support about 3 days ago but still no response as well, at first other browsers/or if you clear cookies showed higher discount that would change to lower when logging in but now it seems its showing lower discount from everywhere which means they are "fixing" it wrong, extremely rare to find a 50% discount and truly disappointed.

I have the same issue on my PC with most of the items in my wishlist. I have multiple models, from multiple sellers, that have 50% off, but once I add them to the cart, the model is only 30% off. Guess this bug saved me some money because I was about to buy 4 models. lol

Same here which is bad for the site as they make money when people buy stuff and to make matters worse I can not use discount coupon when there is a sale and my support ticket still hasn't been replied to, I hope they fix it but I have my doubts at least will not make it to this sale and tbh at first I thought it was a sort of scam targeting frequent buyers to make them spend more than they should so they earn more as in: potential buyers first see their Wishlist items discount 50-70% then add them to cart and checkout without looking at the discounts or price but it's probably an unintentional error somewhere.
