Help button does not work

I'm unable to contact the support via help button on the side of the page. When i click it nothing happens. This is on Firefox 107.0 The same button works on Chrome mobile, but i prefer to use the site on FF. Can someone with Firefox confirm the issue, or it's something i should look at on my end?

I found that it's tracking protection that causes the issue. If it's set to strict (default?), then cgtrader's help button doesn't work. When i set it to standard, or turn off completely, then the button is working. Reported to cgtrader and Firefox, hopefully it will be fixed - i'm not happy to let cgtrader, or any other page to track me around the web.
I have the same sentiment, Opera has built in tracking/ad blockers which don't mess with the Help feature. Hopefully Firefox can follow suit, I also like Firefox and use it as a backup browser. Btw not trying to tell anyone which browser to use I think that's entirely personal, just sharing my experience for others who read this.
Default is Standard, help button is 3rd party zendesk stuff, these things will never work without some tracking/cookies.
@IndieArt, maybe standard is default, i don't know, but i know for sure that mine is set to strict for ages and it didn't cause troubles to help button until few days ago.

I can't find such filter in ublock origin. Nonetheless, even disabling ublock completely, does not fix the issue for me.
Maybe in 107.0 more "aggressive" script blocking is already "out of the box" without third-party addons. In Firefox 102.5.0 ESR all is ok.
Thanks for your input. I thinking maybe it's Cookie Autodelete add-on, that causes the problems, will try to disable and see if that helps.
