the analytics are not a one way stream when it comes to information.
when sellers agree to use the analytics system, they basically "sell" the information on their models to make the analytics system work. It is give and take. and a person with no models has no information for the analytics system to use
also, by not making analytics available directly for beginners, it gives them a chance to develop their own preferences and habits, their own uniqueness. That is worth more imo then modeling for the highest bidder right from the start. The ideas for my 2 best selling models would have never shown up in analytics because they are to specific. Models that i made based on intuition have sold better on average then models i made according to analytics.
The analytics system can be useful, but it kills originality.
and finally.
10 models....
all it takes is 10 models to unlock the most important parts of the analytics system.
full unlock is at 40 models, but when i reached that threshold, i almost didn't notice because the difference is so small.
10 models is not much, especially if you make a few color variants on 2 or 3 of your models.
