Discounts not appearing correctly

Hello,
For past 1-2 weeks the discounts have been off, for example in 70% site wide sale you barely see anything above 30% discount and in-case there is(usually newly released models) and you buy an item it immediately falls back to 30%, I remember in previous 50% sale I couldn't find anything being on sale, tried contacting support but got no response.
