Can't edit published 3D model (solved)

Hi, have check this and have the same problem. The sold item is not longer under My Products.
Lets wait what the support says. Somehow, it's always worked out.

Hmmm, I've made several sales, and this issue has never occurred. It must be a bug hidden deep in the codes... LOL!

Oh, it popped back into existence :)

Scratch this one. Although I swear I've quadruple checked and the model was missing from the My Productions window, I see that it is now back. Problem solved.
