Bug file formats

Hi,

I have a bug with the file extension (max, fbx, obj...etc) , does not appear in my latest products.

I'm the only one in this situation?

Does anyone else have this problem?

I reported to the technical service but I had no response yet.

Apologies for delay. Meanwhile, you can continue publishing models with file formats mentioned in description until the problem is solved.

I'm having this issue also. Only with products uploaded within the past 5-7 days. Desperately awaiting for a fix. Annoying now being able to display my file formats to buyers =/

Several people reported about this problem past days , CGt staff responded to be aware of the problem and working on resolving the issue.

My guess is that this issue will be a thing of the past in coming day's
