There used to be moderation of job postings on CGT, but people have many complaints about that. It was impossible to post job offering on weekends because CGT office is closed. On mondays usually there was batch of offerings, half of them already abandoned, or with expiration date near its ending. And despite moderation there still was many fake jobs, because moderators did do very lousy job. It's not that hard to distinguish scam or fake jobs from the real deal, especially if you automatically skip all those $20 jokes.

You should never do that. Your portfolio is good enough to speak for you and if some client still requests to do sample job after seeing your portfolio, you should skip such client without second thought. If you don't respect yourself, how can you ask the client to respect you?
