Just purchased a model I wanted to work on tonight. Can't downloaded it. Hitting the download button brings up a survey that even if you answer just keeps asking if you want another question. X'ing the window does nothing. There is no way to get the model. I have tried on chrome, phone, and safari. This is not a great first experience.
