why this site always close designers account without notifications ??
what make us feel safe to sell our product here if he don't follow simple role called royalty ?
when we can have agreement that have our rights when you decide to close some account at least don't take his product and his money and give him nothing its not fair ?

I'm not sure which designers you mean, but CGTrader only closes the accounts of fraudulent accounts, pirates and other people who have violated CGTrader policies. No ban is issued without any proof of fraudulent actions. We have no interest in keeping the models or money made by pirates.

friend of mine his account has been suspended without notification and by the way you can't proof any model you have designed as yours check EVERMOTION it self they made a competition every year and they tell you to upload step by step your idea drafts and your materials and your model progress then your renders and your final model so after that they give a random employee from there team the prize and tell you nice job next time you will win after that you see your design's go on there collections for sell wow what an amazing pirates they are. So you tell me how you can proof that is your design when they have all things from drafts to the final model if you can answer that well you can proof pirates because the right way to deal with that issue you tell the suspicious designer to confirm that every model has been reported as stolen is his model and give him a period of time to confirm or remove them, therefore if he already sold some of them your website has already gain your cut from the sale so if you just closed his account it dos't matter for you because you already got your money but if you can retrieve the item and repay the buyers the money you have been recharged them then you take action with the pirates anyway he tells you your the pirates
