Why my models fallen into the wrong hands?

It's possible that your model had an option to be shared for free or get printed by the time it got to the Prototypster and if you have agreed to distribute your printable models on our partners network.

However, id you don't want to sell that model on prototypster, we will contact them right away and remove the model from their site. Sorry for any inconveniences this brought.

Prototypster is our 3D printing partner, we have agreement with them to sell only printed items but not digital source files. For now we distributed models from sellers who agreed to sell their models on our partners network. It means that you will get additional revenue if someone orders to print physical item from your model on Prototypster.

We ask all our sellers if they want to participate in this program, you must have joined some time ago. However if you don't want to participate, please let us know.

This model does not free, and has never been free, I had never heard about the possibility of transmission to some partners any of my 3d models.
The only thing, I have agreed for 3d printing my models via Amazon (when communicating with your employees by email), but I have not heard about any other partners.
Anyway, now I'm selling my models as 3D files only, not 3d print. And I would not want, that my models to have appeared anywhere else without my control, moreover free.
Thanks for the answer, I hope you understand my surprise. Prototipster said me, the models came to them, because an error in the API workflow, so now CGtrader is trying to fix it. And, eg, I do not understand how the pricing through Prototipster, this issue should be more open.
Please delete my models from any 3d printing partners. I want to continue to sell the files only.
Should I e-mail my request to the support?
