why I did not receive my payment !?

I'm new here just uploaded some models sold some of them then I did not receive my payment either in in this 20th of the month or the last 20th I have provided my pay-pal account and all required information in my dashboard settings

Live support is available on bottom-left of the screen. "Customer Support" chat box if i am not wrong. I don't know why sometimes the text changes to "Help Chat". But it is the same chat box.
I am new here too, just 3 days here on CGTrader haha.

Hi there,
I've been told that your payment was denied by paypal due to 3148 reason: Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country.
I'd suggest going to Webmoney account instead. Although it has $200 payout limit, it will still be supported in your country.

edit: I think I'm going back to pay pal because I do not know how webmoney works to avoid any problems thanks any way
I think I solved my problem with pay pal now could you plz try to resend the payment to see if everything now works fine or the problem still exist
