Using Royalty Free License 3D Models in School Project

Discussion started by Thundo

Hi!

My question is: can I use 3D models from this site with Royalty Free License for school project?

I make a office room and I need some 3D models to make this office look more office :V

Can I or I Can't?

(this models are not used to make money; just for grade)

Are your project rules allow you to use models made by someone else or the task is to model everything by yourself?

The task is to project room not to 3d model (teacher said that we can use every type of 3d model and 3d app; currently I am using Blender)

So there's no legality problem when I share this with my teacher?

If you are giving him the rendered images from the scene, there is no problem. If you have to submit the whole scene with the models, you better ask your teacher beforehand and tell him that the models are with Royalty Free License and you can't share them, so there are 2 options - he can delete the licensed models after inspecting the scene or if he has to store them, he has to buy a license for them as you did.

Only the .png (or .jpeg) files - no .blend or .obj files.
