Unable to see personal direct messages by customers in conversation inbox

Hello I recently experienced a problem on the site. I got notifications thru Email about new 2 messages for the first time ever. However, when i open my CGTrader "My Conversation" feature, it keeps loading forever (I've obviously logged in my acc and already refreshed the page endlessly). And when I check my Inbox, it is all also empty even though it is written "All Conversations (2)" there, I can't see any messages (there are no "Not Found" or "There are no message..." messages, but literally just empty interface).

I've changed network, cleared caches, swapped devices, etc but none of them works. I also have ticked all options in "Notification Settings" since the very beginning, implying that I never put restrictions on notifications/message requests.

Hello, I had the issue, so I contacted Cgtrader support. This is what they said
"We recently had a fraudulent message attack with a fraudulent link to enter sensitive data. This was probably the case as well, since we have removed all sent messages, but notifications for new messages remain"

Could either be scam messages or the client themselves unsent or delete the messages
