Unable to pay via PayPal

I encountered a big problem which is I was unable to pay the model.

No matter what credit card I use, the system showed the message as the pic said.

What can I do to buy the model that I want....help plz.

Unfortunately, Ukraine can not accept payments Paypal.
Write him a letter about the issue. Let him will contact me, I can send your payment, as I live in Russia, and I think I can do it.

Anybody is suffering from the lack of Skrill like me? :( CGT was great in payment system, but turning off Skrill has already made me helpless...:(
