I know that the olympic games in 2012 had the protection of the words Summer Games or Olympic Games. Then if you didn't have license, you didn't have right to sell stuff based on olympic games theme. I now this because back then I create 3d model, and I try to upload for sale on some marketplaces, all of them denied my item because in title, description and on model have words that are protected.
It is better to research before you loose some time on this.
