Model photos disappear?
I was browsing the general models section when I noticed that some models were not visible? That is, a white page is displayed? Of course, if you click on it, all the photos may open, but the buyer must see the photo to be encouraged to open the model and see the details?
Then I edited a few models, some right, some not?
And the interesting thing is that this happened to everyone. I browsed around a lot. Has this happened to everyone more or less? Is it possible?
Is it a tedious task for those who have several thousand models to edit those models?
I am really sad. I feel confused as to why this happened and also that recently sales have disappeared or have decreased a lot.
I hope everything will be fixed soon.

That's insane ! Now CGT shows a message in the My Models tab that says, when you click on the "Restore" button :
We re-checked all your models and restored what we could. If a thumbnail still shows 'No preview', that image couldn't be recovered — you can re-upload it.

Almost seems like they have abandoned the website at this point. The only fixes I see are things like their subscription plan and everytime there is a sale.
It´s very odd. Even if (or especially if) they are planning on selling, you´d think they would be interested in maximising profit and therefore make sure that all products (including images) work.
