The change you requested was unauthorized

I've been downloading free assets for a couple days and all of a sudden I keep getting this error message that says "Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." I'm aware of the freebie limit but have only downloaded 10-20 assets. I'm on firefox but also tried chrome. Anyone know what's up?
