A simple cylinder with metal shine 1 when adding the hieght map .in substance painter there are blackpixels apprearing in the mesh ,,,, Please see link

Does it look the same when you rotate the light?

iive just checked in 3ds max ..... the faces flipped inside when i added the shell modifier .... as shown up green... im gonna import again see what happens without the inside flipped ..

One thing i noticed from your screenshot, is that you have gamma baked into your height map. There is a chance that you did it deliberately for one reason or another, but most likely it's a mistake that you are not aware about. While it's not the reason of black shading (at least not the main reason), but having gamma baked in height map (or any other technical map for that matter) is drastically altering how it's affecting shader. Keep this in mind and do your research if you don't know what i'm talking about.
