dose any body managed to fix this ?
I have short deadlines and I cant even message my clients ?
this is terrible , its not about applying to jobs I cant message at all , not a single one a day

I am not a designer, just a buyer & I am having exactly the same issue. I have one project that is currently being worked on which I am unable to speak to my designer about, and one that I have posted but can't reply to any of the applicants. This is a terrible state of affairs & it's very poor that they aren't letting on that there is a known issue.

They whitelisted me after I wrote email to support. You may try also.

I don't do projects, but it's good that you have fixed this problem. Hopefully support will get back to other artists who are having this same issue.

I was helping client with issue and I got that message in the middle of conversation... So now he will think that I ditched him and Im to lazy to even respond to message? NICE!
