can we set custom discounts for individual products like 5% 10%

There are options in my sales in the "discounts" tab Adjust your Super Discount rate and Adjust your discount rate 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70%. Or in account setting you have the option to add Accept price offers to
0 to 50% automatically
