Resell 3d Models

Hi folks!

I have just checked one of models:

Is it ok to find there lot of (im not sure is it 100%) models from Evermotion.org asset? He did not even change names for models and textures.

I have find on their site this point:

1. You can not resell or copy Evermotion Products (used in your project) for a third-party, which do not have its own license for Evermotion Products

How You find this type of actions?

For me its illegal. And I would not like to see My models in some Chinese pack.
