Payment issue with Prepaid

For some reason, when trying to purchase a model with a Visa Prepaid Debit card it rejects my payment and doesn't give me any proper reasoning for it. Is there anything I can do about this? I've been waiting on support but I'm worried I may not get a response.

There is no need to create a new discussions.
