Not getting paid through payoneer

hy i am having trouble getting paid i have filled the payment agreement section and successfully connected my payoneer account, but in the payment information it has been saying i will get paid untill 20th of this month and it has been three months and i still have not received the payment please resolve

Looks like cgtrader is not reliable anymore, take a look at our situation:
