Just turn it off and forget about it.

You can't. They keep turning it on. I've just noticed that all options under "Maximize your earnings" are enabled again against my will, with no notice. It's not first time CGT is doing it. From #1 trading market they dropped out of top 10 in a year, users lost between 80-95% of earnings and they still try to find a way to steal from clients.

Spot on. This race to the bottom only benefits the platform, not the creators who actually build it. It’s sad to see 3D assets following the same path as stock photos and music. Quality is going to take a huge hit.

How that benefits platform? Compared to year ago after they dropped commission rate and promised benefits my earnings here dropped by over 92% while still holding same rate (or got better) at all other platforms. They again enabled bulk option for all users by default with no notice because they realized that's only way to keep earning money for themselves... by scamming and stealing.

The overall situation with 3d market and sales Is not good. I think most artists (if not all) would agree on this. And I want to highlight: its everywhere, not only here. The problem Is global. I am not wondering why there are all these new subscription plans, lower royalties ecc. The market must study new strategies to keep the income where its possible. I completely understand that even when we dislike it

So today I received my first subscription payment: $0.27
I hope that this is for days not for the whole previous month.
And the "earnings" page is still greyed out.

It was clear that the earnings were just a few cents... if the launch subscription is around $10 a month... It would have been more useful to have a separate option to join the subscription, as sellers...

mak21: On the other site subscription can work in general. For example on some other Blender-oriented site I am earning $15 - $25 weekly with just 100 models (in subscription with unlimited downloads). Maybe CGT will need time to lauch fully this new functionality.

They sell 25 models for $10. So $0.4 per model. And you get $0.27.

IndieArt: the calculations are correct on a 0.40 cent model there is a gain of more than 50% of that model .. so about 27 cents...../ zabotlama: earning $15 - $25 weekly with just 100 models it's a good compromise... let's see how it goes here... It's too early to have a definitive idea now

mak21: Agree. Also one small advantage is that revenue from subscription is more stable (lower compared with traditional sales but more consistent). So yes we must wait and we will see...

You should check how many views your models get per week and do some counting. $15-25 per week may be possible with something like 1000 models.
