Several days ago i uploaded a new model. The uploader was having some trouble with the zip file and i had to try it over and over again before it finally worked. Anyone someone bought the model. Today i looked and CGtrader had refunded their money on account of "missing files" .. without even a whisper to me or the chance to correct the problem. That's not only unprofessional but it's discourteous and disheartening.
Thanks for the response. I made an attempt to upload the model again, but the uploader froze at 32% as it does to me sometimes. But technical issues can be resolved by tech support. It's the fact that no one contacted me that didn't sit well. Even if for whatever reason your emails couldn't get to me, CgT has its own messaging system. I do appreciate you looking into this.
