Missing models

35 models dissapeared on my portofolio, i think designers with more models in there portofolio have more issue with deleted models.

I uploaded a new model last night, it counted the model, but it doesn't display the model anywhere on the site.

I left a message for CG trader, they will contact probably tomorrow as today is sunday, but I think the issue will be sorted out tomorrow.

Hope it doesn't take too long.

After reading your posts, I noticed 12 of my models are missing............

Maybe they got abducted?????

thank you all for replies, I hope this post will serve to all artist from the community who have same problem, I hope support can get it back easily cause some of you are having a lot of models and I am also uploading more soon so I dont want to have same issue.
The reason why this is a big problem is that when you have a lot of models uploaded you cant count them each day and look are they all avaiable or not, and that is what can destroy sales when you start growing, hope it will be fixed in future!

Yes, my entry to the MiiCraft+ Jewelery Challenge is MISSING! Looks like a midnight heist got the bunch of us. That sucks with the deadline coming. Will they put our models back or is it up to us?

Looks like they just got the clothing off of some of the models.

Richard they might bring it back cause when I ve shut down my account 2 years ago and wanted to get back here they were able to bring back all of my models and there was a lot of them, but if you have deadline it may be better to reupload it by yourself cause we are all waiting for word from them so I dont think they are gonna be able to make it today, dont know when is your deadline in challange. :)

23 models missing for me.. and they are still here yesterday

it's fun, I was negotiating the price of one of my model with a buyer, and this model disappeared, I understand better why the buyer stops responding :) :)

25 missing models too

For me only two are missing. Good news is that it seems that they are not deleted. My missing two models can be found on this links

They don't show up on my profile, but they are there so that's good. You can check your models by going to My sales and then LATEST SALES or LATES DOWNLOADS depending on the model. You can't see them in My Products however. At least for me it is like that.

I ve also checked now and I can also find my models with the link but in my products page, so that s good news. :)

the lost models are back, CGTrader team had to pass an eventful Sunday thank to them ;)

Hi guys, don't worry, your models are ok, we are updating search system which controls model indexing in many places like categories or public profiles. We reindexed so models should show up again. We will fix this issue in couple of days. Please let us know if they are still missing.

Every day is a great lottery :) the site was still down for maintenance this morning, I think CGT team is still working on the new search indexing. let's be patient

You are right, I ve noticed that site was down last night my time.

They seem to come and go now. I understand completely; computers can be assholes too.

Hello everyone! A similar problem disappeared models ...

have you guys saw answer from support that they are working on search system and indexing and everything is gonna be ok, just give them some time :)

Recurring problem. It was fixed, but I have just noticed it is back again. Some models missing and also some not showing when you do a search.

Does anybody from CGTrader guys know when will this reconstruction of models and stuff be finished? It is a little hard to do promotion and sharing when every once in a while models disappear from my profile. I had a situation a week or so ago, where I shared link from my free models and a few hours later I had only 3 free models visible on my page.

I hope that this will be over soon.
