Missing model [solved]

Hello.

On CGTrader, I'm new. So I have a few questions about the site:

1. Where to write in support. Yesterday I wrote to the address: info@cgtrader.com. But he did not get an answer like that.

2. The question was that I made 4 models for the contest. But yesterday, one model I disappeared is not clear where. It's just a message that my model does not fit, because it's not there !!! Very funny)))

Now I do not know whether to load this model again or wait until it comes back?

I would like to know how often the model is lost here?

3. How to pay to the paypal. In FAQ it is written that they list immediately. However, the forum writes that next month. Tell me please, in more detail.

Hi there,

Sorry for a late reply, but I believe the support have already given you answers. Still, to make it clear:

1. Try reaching the support@cgtrader.com next time you need help or have any questions.
2. I know the model was restored, so you should be able to see it again. Reaching support is a better way than trying to re-upload a model if you believe it disappeared.
3. The payments are made before the 20th of each month. Payments are made for the sales you made the previous month. For example, all sales you make in September will be paid in October.
