Hi, there are tons of tutorials on youtube and biggest blender forum has tons of material https://blenderartists.org/search?q=uv%20mapping%20category%3A40. More recent material that i have seen is from Blender Guru https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=scPSP_U858k and i highly recommend CG Master tips https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brnaAL-QwhU.
