Job offers from clients

And what exactly is the bigger problem - getting payment for a job via paypal (not for any of my models that I sell obviously) or taking the conversation out of here?

The policy is for the protection of you, the seller. I don't know whether it is illegal or not to take it off site but I do know that it's not safe. When you go through the site the money is guaranteed because the client pre pays the job and cgtrader holds the money. It's far easier not to pay someone when it's taken off site.
