You can send a link to a external uploads site, like dropbox, or zip and divide que file with winrar...

be careful sending it through external site, you want to make sure you get paid for it, sending it thru CGTrader they can assure that youve actually sent it to get paid. Not sure what the protocal is for files over that size though.
