There is just something I am curious about projects. Why are there so many necklaces, rings and jewelry project requests on the site? What are their uses? Do people use them on their site or something else?

Some people request custom 3d jewelry items (STL) to make 3d prints in wax using special high-resolution 3d printers. This is used as a mold for reproducing the object in precious metals. This is often the case for rings, pendants, earrings, etc. Some people might use them just for standard plastic 3d replicas on an FBM printer, and some people use them just as decoration for characters in games or VFX. Depends on the request.
