Is a CGTrader account free? Or are there monthly payments that I have to make to keep my account? It doesn't say anything about there being a monthly payment, however, I wanted to make sure in case I have to pay someone to keep my account.

enough that not a bad percentage is removed from the sale of the model

yes, it is. but you will have royalty rates.

You don't have and should not in fact pay anyone to keep your account. You make product, CGTrader sell that product and you both earn profit. Theres no monthly fees.
